WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Unless you have been notified that one or more of your item(s) is on backorder, all orders leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours of purchase.
ATN offers several shipping options: USPS Ground Shipping 4-10 days, Express 2-4 days or International Shipping.

You may track your package using this link provided with your shipment notification received via email.

I'VE HAD A CHANGE OF HEART

We understand that when you order online, it's not always a guarantee that you will love your purchase. ATN will accept returns within 30 days from purchase.
You must include your original receipt/invoice, note the reason for return and ship the item to:

Once we receive your return, we are happy to exchange for a different size/color or credit your account for the cost of the purchase (minus the shipping).

While we strive for perfection and verify all orders prior to shipping, occasionally, mistakes happen. Please email customerservice@aboutthenurse.com, and we will remedy the issue immediately!

I RECEIVED A PAIR WITH A QUALITY ISSUE

Our quality standards are strictly monitored and we are committed to delivering the best products on the planet! However, occasionally errors occur with manufacturing and we are happy to replace the rogue sock that is missing a toe or has an extra long leg (yikes!)...Please return the item to us with your original receipt/invoice, note the reason for return and once received we will provide a replacement.
